Jean's Pumpkin Pie

1 lb. can pumpkin
1 - 15 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
2 tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients until well blended. Pour into pie shell. Bake an hour or until centre is done (knife comes out clean). 375 oven. Submitted by Jean E. Cantelo, South Pinette, P.E.I.
