4 cups flour 1 cup sugar 4 sticks butter (I use 2 butter and 2 margarine) 1 egg 1 tsp. vanilla Mix well and roll into small balls. Roll in coconut. Make a dent with thumb. Add jelly or jam. when cooled sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes. Submitted by Jean E. Cantelo, South Pinette, P.E.I.
