2 lbs/1 kg mussels, in shell
1/4 cup/50 ml melted butter
8 lemon wedges
Arrange grill 4-5 inches (10-12 cm) above hot coals. Place mussels on the grill and cook until the shells open - about 4-5 minutes. Serve at once with melted butter and lemon wedges.
