2 Cups Flour
3 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
1 3/4 Cups Milk
2 Eggs - Separated
4 Tablespoons Oil
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
Put all dry ingredients together and mix well. Beat egg yolks, add milk, oil and vanilla. Beat egg whites stiff and fold into above ingredients.
Heat waffle iron. Spray with Pam. Cook waffles until brown.
Serve with fresh crushed berries (add sugar to berries to taste) and
whipped cream. Jam and syrup can be used in place of fresh berries.
Serves 4 - 6 people.
