1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
1 Pouch Certo
7 Cups Sugar
1 Tin Mandarin Oranges or 2 oranges
8 Ounces Grand Marnier
Hull and crush berries. Measure fruit into 8 quart saucepan and add lemon juice. To reduce foaming, add 1/2 teaspoon butter. Add sugar. On high heat bring to full boil for 1 minute.
Add oranges during the last 5 minutes on stove. Remove from heat. Stir in Certo and continue stirring for 2 minutes. Stir in Grand Mariner and stir another 3 minutes. Bottle into hot sterilized jars and lids. This jam makes a delightful gift and it is great on ice cream and strawberry shortcake.
