In a bowl, beat 1 egg, then add:
1 1/4 Pound Hamburg
1 Tablespoon Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
1 Tablespoon Anchovy Paste (if desired)
Mix together in bowl, shape into 4 thick patties and then place on hot
grill turning once, for 10 - 12 minutes.
