1 (12 oz.) pkg. peanut butter flavored chips
1/4 cup margarine or butter
1 (14 oz.) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup chopped peanuts (optional)
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
In heavy saucepan, melt peanut butter chips and 2 Tbsp. margarine with 1cup sweetened condensed milk. Remove for heat; stir in nuts, if desired. Spread onto wax paper lined 8-inch square pan. In small heavy saucepan melt chocolate chips and remaining sweetened milk. Spread chocolate mixture on top of peanut butter mixture. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board, peel off paper and cut into squares. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
