1 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup crushed regular potato chips
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 cups flour
Combine butter, sugar and vanilla cream well. Add potato chips, pecans and flour and mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls and flatten with glass dipped in sugar and cheesecloth. Bake at 350 F for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
