2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 cups chopped walnuts
2 cups chopped dates
1/2 cup flour
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
coconut, shredded or medium
Measure first 7 ingredients into bowl and mix together well. Shape into small balls. Roll balls in coconut and place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 F 10-12 minutes.
