A snack that folks rave about, I like to serve it with potato chips at Christmas.

2 3 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
1 71/2 oz. can minced clams
2 drops Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. lemon juice

Soften the cream cheese, drain the clams and add 2 Tbsp. clam juice to the cheese. Blend until smooth. Add minced clams, Tabasco sauce, seasonings, lemon juice and onion. Mix well and chill. Makes 1 and 1/3 cups of dip.
