1 8­oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 1­inch piece cinnamon stick
1/2 cup jalapeno jelly
1 1­inch square red bell pepper, if desired
2 Tbsp. dairy sour cream, if desired

Cut cream cheese in half, diagonally. Turn 1 piece over and arrange both pieces on small serving plate with long straight sides touching to form triangular tree. Place cinnamon stick in centre of bottom edge to form a trunk. Just before serving, spoon jelly over tree, allowing some to flow down sides to plate. Using a star canape cutter (or by drawing a star), cut star from red bell pepper square and place at top of tree. Pipe sour cream diagonally across the tree to form a garland. Serve with salsa and crackers. It's ready in 10 minutes. P.S. The green or red jelly are both pretty.
