1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. pork sausages
1 can pineapple chunks (19oz.)
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp. corn starch
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. vinegar
In skillet, heat oil. Cook sausage until brown. Drain and cut each sausage into three pieces.
Drain pineapple. Set sausage and juice aside. In saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch. Stir in pineapple juice. Cook over medium heat and stir constantly until thick. Stir in sausages, pineapple, vinegar and soy sauce. Cook 5 minutes or until heated through. Serve hot with cocktail picks.
