This is a delicious alternative to scallop potatoes with ham.
1/2 lb. egg noodles
1 or 2 cups cottage cheese
1 small can chopped olives
4 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. crushed basil
Put cooked and drained noodles and butter in low oven or over boiling water.
Combine cheese, olives and basil. Toss everything gently, but thoroughly, allow to heat well. Garnish with whole black olives and parsley.
