4 cups favourite stuffing
6 skinless boneless chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup milk
1 Tbsp. parsley
Spoon stuffing across centre of 3qt. shallow baking dish. Place chicken on each side of stuffing and sprinkle with paprika. Mix soup, milk and parsley and pour over chicken. Bake covered at 400 F for 15 minutes. Bake uncovered for 15 more minutes until chicken is no longer pink.
NOTE: 400 F may be too hot, so you may have to use your own judgement for oven temperature.
