3 large potatoes
1 apple, chopped
Summer savoury
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. butter
One loaf of stale bread
Sage
Pinch of garlic salt

Peel and cook potatoes, then mash. Mix in broken bread crumbs. Add the rest of the ingredients and enough hot water to moisten. Mix well with hands. Stuff fowl.
