1/3 cup butter (melted)
1/4 cup white sugar
3 pkgs. cream cheese (softened)
1 can sweetened Condensed milk
8 squares semi-sweet chocolate, melted and cooled
2 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling
Preheat oven to 300 F. Combine crumbs, butter and sugar. Press firmly on bottom of 9" springform pan. In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, chocolate, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 65 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Cool. Top with cherry pie filling. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate curls. Refrigerate leftovers. Submitted by Rhonda Grant, Souris, P.E.I.
