No baking required
30 Graham Wafers crushed (2 cups)
Mix with 1/2 cup melted butter
Pack in 13X9" pan saving 1/2 cup crumbs for top.
Top:
Cream 1-8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese and 1 1/2 cups icing sugar. Whip 1 -. 250 mL whipping cream and add 1 Tbsp. white sugar and 1/2 tsp. vanilla . Add and mix to cream cheese and icing mixture. Spread this over the graham crust. Then spread on 1 can cherry pie filling or blueberry pie filling. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Refrigerate. Let set for at least 2 hrs. A very light yet delicious desert.
