1/2 cup butter or margarine 1 egg 1 cup brown sugar Bring this to a boil and remove from heat and add: 1 cup graham wafer crumbs 1 cup chopped nuts (walnut or pecan) 1 cup coconut (semi-sweet) Line pan with whole graham wafers (8x8 pan) and spread with filling and ice. Icing: 1/2 cup butter or margarine 2 tbsp. vanilla pudding (instant powder) 1 tsp. vanilla 3 tbsp. evaporated milk 2 cups sifted icing sugar Refrigerate for 1 hour, then you can spread chocolate frosting on this. Refrigerate until firm. Then cut into squares. The longer you refrigerate, its easier to cut. Freezes well. Submitted by Joanne Stewart, P.E.I.
