1 cup peanut butter
1 cup icing sugar
1 cup Rice Krispies
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 Tbsp butter
Method:
Cream peanut butter and icing sugar until smooth. Add Rice Krispies, butter and walnuts and stir. Shape into balls. Mix 2 Tbsp water and 1 cup icing sugar and dip balls into mixture. Roll balls in coconut or chopped nuts. Place in fridge for 15 minutes before serving.
