1 cup icing sugar
4 Tbsp melted butter
4 oz. semisweet chocolate (melted)
1 cup almonds or walnuts, chopped
4 cups miniature marshmallows.
Cream icing sugar and butter . Add egg, mix well. Add nuts and marshmallows, Mix well. Divide mixture in two. Use wax paper, cover it with coconut. Roll mixture in coconut. Roll remaining mixture in chopped nuts, shaping each into a roll. Refrigerate the two rolls.
These can be kept a long time. Slice and serve.
