1 cup white sugar 1/2 cup corn syrup 1 cup salted peanuts 1 tsp butter 1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp baking soda Method: Stir together sugar and syrup in a 2 quart suacepan. Cook at high heat for four minutes. Stir in peanuts and cook together another four minutes. Add 1 tsp baking soda and stir until foamy. Pour onto a greased cookie sheet and cool. Submitted by Dot Bailey, Souris, P.E.I.
