1/2 cup melted margarine or butter
1 egg
2 cups chocolate graham wafer crumbs
(or 5 Tbsp. cocoa in 2 cups graham wafers)
1 cup coconut
Mix together and press in 8x8" pan.
Topping:
Mix together and cream
1/2 cup melted margarine or butter
1 3/4 cups icing sugar
2 Tbsp. vanilla instant pudding powder
Spread over first mixture. Frost with chocolate icing. Refrigerate. Cut into squares. Freezes well.
