1 cup mayonnaise, yogurt or blended cottage cheese
1 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. curry powder
dash of lemon juice
2 tbsp. sour cream
fresh or dried herbs to taste

Method:
Mix well and chill. Serve with assortment of raw vegetables.
