1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1/8 tsp. salt
Bottom layer:
Measure first 4 ingredients into large bowl, mix until crumbly and press in 8x8" pan. Bake in 350 F oven for 10 minutes.
2 eggs (beaten)
1 cup white sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup coconut
3/4 Whole Cranberry Sauce (drained slightly)
Top Layer:
Beat eggs in small bowl. Add remaining ingredients, mix together well. Spread over bottom layer. Bake in 350 F oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Cut when cool, can frost if desired.
Icing:
1 1/2 cup icing sugar
3 Tbsp. butter
5 tsp. milk
vanilla
Beat all together in small bowl adding more liquid if needed for easy spreading.
