1/2 cup margarine 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup mincemeat 2 eggs 1 tsp. rum extract 1/2 cup flour 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 cup chopped nuts Pinch of salt Method: Cream margarine and sugar together. Blend in mincemeat, eggs and flavoring, add dry ingredients. Mix well and add nuts. Turn into a 9x13" greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 F for 40 - 45 minutes.
