Topping
1 lb lean ground beef
2 cups salsa sauce
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sliced black pitted olives
Crust
1 can refried beans
1 cup tea biscuit mix
1/4 cup water
Brown ground beef in frypan; drain fat. While beef is cooking, combine crust ingredients and press into bottom of a greased 9Ó x 13Ó (22 cm x 33 cm) pan. On top of crust, layer ground beef, salsa, cheese and garnish with olive slices. Bake at 375 F (190 C) for 25-30 minutes. Serve with lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream. Makes 6 servings.
