Going south from Harmony Junction the trail winds downhill to Souris, 8.2 km. away.

Trail Features

• Hardwood and open fields give way to a vista over the Souris River with at spectacular view of the historic St. Mary's Church
• A picnic park is located in the station area in Souris above the main street. (Souris is the point where the ferry connects to the Magdalen Islands.)
• Trail shelters occur approximately every 5 km along the eastern route at significant locations.
