Cranberry Pecan Pie

3 eggs, lightly beaten

1 cup corn syrup
2/3 cup white sugar
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup pecans
3/4 cup chopped cranberries
1 Tbsp. orange rind

Stir eggs, corn syrup, sugar, vanilla and butter until well blended. Stir in pecans, cranberries and orange rind. Pour into uncooked pie shell. Bake 350 F 55­60 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
