Holiday Ring Cake

1 cup butter
8 oz pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 cups white sugar

Beat together until creamy.

4 eggs
2 tsp. lemon rind
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Add 2 cups flour and mix in with above ingredients. Add 1 1/2 cups of mixed fruit (lightly floured). Put in a greased bunt pan. Bake at 300 F. for 70 minutes. Submitted by Carolyn MacDonald, Mt. Stewart, P.E.I.
