The upper level has two bedrooms with Queen beds and a fully spacious bathroom. The lower level has a living room with pullout couch, Queen bed, bathroom, and laundry facility. There is a large yard with easy access to beach, which is excellent for taking a swim or stroll to the sand spit that juts across the water.
