This luxurious summer cottage was built in 2022. Private & quiet, sitting directly on the beautiful St. Peter's Bay. Five minutes from Greenwich National Park and the Gulf of St. Lawrence. The Bunkie offers a Queen bed in the master's suite with it's own deck, chair for sitting and watching the sunsets. The screened in sunroom has full windows that open with screens. This sunroom is a private room that offers a Queen bed sofa.Fully equipped kitchen with stove, washer and dryer, utility sink, barbecue, outdoor cooker for mussels, clams, etc. The kitchen opens to it's own deck with chairs for sitting, enjoying the flowers and an excellent view of the bay.
