Deep Roots Distillery invites you behind the scenes of their working distillery to create a one-of-a-kind spirit. This immersive, hands-on experience is approximately 1.5 hours and begins with a welcome cocktail and a guided stroll through the orchard, followed by an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the art of distillation.

Next, you’ll choose either vodka or gin and infuse it with your pick of over 20 fresh local ingredients— from herbs and berries to citrus and botanicals. To complete your creation, you’ll design a custom label and seal your bottle with a premium glass decanter top. It's a one-of-a-kind experience that blends creativity, craftsmanship, and local flavour—perfect for those seeking something unique and memorable!
