Baked Scallop with Bacon and Cheese

  • 1 lb. scallops
  • salt and pepper
  • 5 strips bacon
  • cubed mozzarella cheese

Bake scallops at 350 for approximately 20 min. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook bacon separately. Remove scallops from oven, place cut bacon and cheese on top of each scallop. Broil for approximately one minute. Serve with tartar sauce.
