Using Mi'kmaq traditional methods, prepare bannock and cook it under the sand. Gather clams on the beach and cook them on an open fire in their natural juices.
Mon-Fri. Half-day (three hours) experience. $65, adult; $30 ages 12 and under. Minimum of four participants, by appointment.
