There will be a closure of the Cavendish Dunelands Trail starting on October 20 and lasting for approximately 2 weeks. This closure is in place while crews will be working to improve conditions along the trail. These trail improvements are intended to enhance visitor safety while maintaining the ecological integrity of the surrounding landscape.

It is estimated that the work will take 2 weeks to complete; however, there may be potential delays depending on weather and trail conditions. Parks Canada would like to thank visitors for their patience and cooperation as it completes this construction work.
