Join fisherman Jim Conohan as he prepares fresh mussels from the river and explains how PEI has become the largest producer of mussels in North America. You'll help him clean them and then he'll cook them along to enjoy with with a fresh PEI lobster. Add in potato salad and a roll and you have a traditional Island lobster supper in a beautiful setting. Water provided with dinner but you're welcome to bring your own wine, beer or soft drinks if you like.
Half-day Experience. $100 per person (+HST). Two-person minimum, 20 maximum.
