Walk in the footsteps of one of Canada's most celebrated authors and immerse yourself in the landscape that inspired the setting of Anne of Green Gables. Part of L.M. Montgomery's Cavendish National Historic Site, Green Gables tells the story of both the author, L.M. Montgomery, and her most famous heroine, Anne Shirley. Explore the new visitor centre, original house, 19th century gardens, farmyard, walking trails - including the Haunted Wood and Lovers Lane - gift shop and The Cordial Café. In July and August, enjoy animated bilingual interpretive activities and meet Anne Shirley! Group reservations requested. Visit our website for more information about this national treasure.

Daily, 9 am-5 pm. Off-season, Apr 15-30 and Nov 1-30, for groups by appointment only (special program fees apply).

Dates of Operation: May 1, 2020 - October 31, 2020
