Were you born and raised on Prince Edward Island?
Yes, I was raised in eastern PEI in the town of Montague. I’ve lived on the Island my entire life and I hope that never changes!

What does your average day look like?
On an average day, I start by enjoying my morning coffee outside, then head to work, where I spend the day helping visitors plan their vacations. After work, I usually unwind by spending time outdoors or with family and friends.

What is your favorite thing about life on PEI?  
My favourite thing about life on PEI is how calm and peaceful it is compared to many other places. At the same time, you’re never too far from great events, amazing food, or some of the most beautiful beaches around.

What is something people wouldn’t know if they are not from PEI?    
People who aren’t from here might not realize that PEI has the warmest ocean waters north of the Carolinas. The beaches on the south shore of the Island can reach temperatures of 22 degrees Celsius, making them perfect for summer beach days.

What are you passionate about?
I’m most passionate about spending time with family and friends and enjoying the natural beauty of our Island.

If you were to choose one spot on the Island to take someone who has never been here before, where would it be?  
I’d take them to Covehead Lighthouse and spend some time at the beach at sunset. It's such a peaceful and beautiful spot with Richard’s Fresh Seafood just steps away for supper!
