Located in the rolling hills of Prince Edward Island, the Island Honey Wine Company produces the world's oldest fermented beverage known as "Mead" by combining farm-grown fruits, flowers, and island honey. Visitors can taste award-winning meads and learn how mead is made by visiting the farm store or by taking a journey on Canada's only "Mead-mobile" guided farm tour and field tasting. Mead-mobile travelers may observe hard-working bees, sheep, and cattle grazing between rows of haskap berry bushes, apple orchards, and lavender flowers.
