Food on the Farm: Bread and Butter

About this Experience

In two hours, experience the process of making Scottish sourdough bread and the butter to put on it! Meet our farmyard animals and milk our goats at the milking station. Grind grain into flour and create your own Scottish sourdough loaf in the kitchen of the community hall, then use a small, table-top churn to make cream into butter. While the bread is baked, learn about our different historical gardens and the food we grow in them, then enjoy a delicious snack of your own hand-made bread and butter!
