Let the world be your oyster; slip into a dory with an oyster fisher to learn how the Malpeque Oyster has become world-famous. Do what fishers do to bring oysters to chefs, shuckers and diners around the world. On shore, you’ll dig and cook clams to enjoy with your oyster harvest.
