Lobster Rolls
1 can drained lobster
1 cup medium cheddar cheese
1/4 cup green pepper
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp mayo
Mix all above ingredients, heat thoroughly and serve in heated hotdog rolls.
