Get ready for something new on the Island. Guests will gather for a one night only outdoor dining experience set among the gardens of Gardens of Hope with an “appy hour” hosted by Marsha Doiron, followed by a multi course dinner led by Chef Christine Flynn and the culinary team from PEI Preserve Company, and live music from DRFTR, and a cocktail program built around PEI Preserve Company products from the very first pour.
