The Conversation, the newest play by award-winning Island playwright Marlene Campbell, premieres this September at theatres across PEI. Winner of the inaugural PEI Playwriting Competition in 2023, The Conversation is a comedy that looks at the time when the parent-child relationship shifts with aging. It explores the challenges, frustrations, and humour that result as this new relationship is navigated and negotiated.
