Together, these materials contain terms, rules, and other guidelines related to your use of the Services. When you use the Services, you are agreeing to these terms, so please do not use the Services if you do not agree.

We Reserve the Right to Update The Terms of Use at Any Time

We reserve the right to update and revise these Terms at any time. We’ll make sure to also change the "Effective Date" at the top of this page so you can tell if these Terms have changed since your last visit.

Eligibility

You may only use the Services if you are at least as old as the age of majority in your province of residence.

Submitted Materials

The materials you submit to the Services - including your name, image and question - are original and created by you. TPEI may use these materials for advertising, marketing, promotional and other purposes and you understand you will not receive any financial compensation for your submissions.

You agree that you won't submit any materials you know to be false, inaccurate or misleading to anyone using the Services. You also agree that you won't submit any materials that infringe any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, rights of publicity, rights of privacy, moral rights or any other applicable personal or proprietary rights.

You agree that all materials that you submit may be used at TPEI’s sole discretion and TPEI reserves the right to decide which questions are answered and does not guarantee that all questions will be answered. TPEI may condense, remove or refuse to post any submitted materials it considers inappropriate or violates any of these Terms of Use, without notice. Once you have submitted any materials, you understand there will be no opportunity to edit or delete these and none of these materials are subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of TPEI, its agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, or third party service providers and their respective directors, officers and employees.

License to Use Materials

Once you submit a question, video or other materials to the Services, you automatically grant TPEI a world-wide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, transferrable license to publicly display or re-display, use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or sell and/or distribute and/or incorporate such materials into any form, medium or technology (including but not limited to TPEI’s websites, third party websites, online and off-line advertising, marketing and promotional materials) throughout the world that is used by TPEI or its agents in connection with the Services or the advertising, promotion or marketing of TPEI and its products and services.

Release and Indemnification

You agree to release, indemnify and hold TPEI, affiliated and subsidiary companies (and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees, and agents) harmless from all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above, or your violation of any law or rights of a third party.

Use of Your Email Address

We will be in touch! By submitting your email address in connection with your question you agree that TPEI and its third-party service providers may use your email address to let you know the status of your question and answer and for other administrative requirements.

If you are a resident of the European Union you have the right to erasure by contacting [email protected]. Upon request, your personal data will be erased within one month.

F-15.01 as it relates directly to and is necessary for responding to your inquiry.
