This Indigenous-owned business on Prince Edward Island is built on passion, resilience, and creativity. Rooted in family traditions, bold flavours, and a love for bringing people together, it reflects a deep cultural journey. Chef Richard Charron, born and raised on PEI, returned to the Island in 2021 with his wife and business partner, Rachel Ross. It was then that he began to intentionally reconnect with his Indigenous heritage. Blending European culinary techniques with the values of his culture, Richard cooks with respect for the ingredients, a commitment to sustainability, and a belief in the power of storytelling through food.
