Cabot Beach is the largest park in western PEI. This beautiful park has a large day-use area with accessible playground equipment, an activity centre with children's programming as well as the historical Fanning Schoolhouse, which was named after Governor Fanning. This schoolhouse was very unique at the time of its construction in 1794 as it was a two-storey building. Students attended the schoolhouse until 1969; in 1993, it was moved to Cabot Beach day-use area and restored.

Cabot Beach Provincial Park is located within the Green Gables Shore touring region.
