Rock Crab Salad

  • 1 cup (250 ml) rock crab meat
  • 1 cup (250 ml) sliced celery
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) chopped green pepper
  • 3/4 cup (175 ml) sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup (50 ml) chopped onion
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tsp. (10 ml) vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp.(1 ml) sugar
  • 1/4 cup (50 ml) mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, then toss to mix well. Chill thoroughly. Serve on lettuce. Serves 6.
