From small town cafés and full-service dining to trusted favourites with new locations, Prince Edward Island’s culinary scene continues to evolve. Each year, new restaurants and sweet coffee and treat shops open across the Island, many rooted in local ingredients, global flavours and Island hospitality.

  • The Blue Mussel Café is set to open its new location in South Rustico/Cymbria in late spring. 
  • The Rustico Cannery is a new harbourfront restaurant in North Rustico, with a late June opening planned.
  • In Cavendish, the Galley at Marco Polo Land will debut later this summer with a brand-new dining room and deck with standout views.
