Red Sands Shore Golf Itinerary

What is your idea of golf heaven? If teeing off at more than one course during a vacation is on your list – then Prince Edward Island is the place for you! Capitalize on your best golf game with a few insider tips:

Day 1

Travel to Countryview Golf Club where you’ll find 18 holes of consistent and true greens, lush fairways that will challenge any golfer.

Traveling with those who don’t enjoy the game of golf as much as you? No problem! There are lots of things to see and do in the area. Explore the charming storybook village, Victoria-by-the-Sea.

Relax at Chelton Beach Provincial Park where you can spend the afternoon dipping your toes in the water and enjoying the coastal landscapes.

Day 2

Start your day off golfing 9 holes at Strathgartney Highlands Golf Course

In the afternoon, drive a short 10 minutes to the Clyde River Golf Club.

For those not golfing, check out the I Dig Therefore I Clam & Kayaking experience at By-the-Sea-Kayaking.

Treat your taste buds to a lobster roll at The Lobster Barn Pub & Eatery.

Adventure to Bonshaw Hills Provincial Park where you can enjoy over 18km of hiking and mountain bike trails.

Day 3

Tee off at Glen Afton Golf Club in Nine Mile Creek and enjoy the beautiful coastal views and breezes of the Northumberland Strait.

Discover Charlottetown, the capital of our Island and explore the historic charm, notorious culinary and abundant culture that fills the streets!

Have lunch at any of our waterfront restaurants in Charlottetown before hitting the greens at Belvedere Golf Club.

Enjoy Cow’s Ice Cream, named best in the world by Tauck world Discovery. 

Take in a show at The Guild or the Confederation Centre of the Arts or watch the horses race to the finish line at Red Shores Charlottetown. Finish your day with a night cap along Victoria Row in downtown Charlottetown. 

Day 4 - Charlottetown Area

Start the day by teeing off at Fox Meadow Golf Course, an engaging championship golf course that embraces its natural PEI surroundings.

After your round grab some lunch at the course and spend your afternoon exploring the area.

Travelling with kids? Check-out Off the Wallz Trampoline Park in Stratford.
